Position Summary
This Human Resources Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the efficient functioning of the HR department by providing assistance with executing key HR processes. This position will also perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization.
Essential Functions
While not all-inclusive, the following is a list of primary and general duties. In addition to these listed duties, this position shall also perform other tasks as assigned, shall abide by all provisions of the Employee Manual, and shall participate in all company initiatives and projects.

HR administrative support for a multi-state and multi-divisional organization with 850 employees.

Prepare and submit applications and maintain an organized database of all technician / company licences and related documentation.

Send/Receive/Submit Employer Possessor Questionnaires (EPQ) for the organization.

Responsible for completing employee status changes in the HRIS.

Responsible for preparing and delivering regular reports on employee data and metrics to management.

Assists with the planning and execution of training workshops.

Answering / transferring calls / message delivery for all Live Events Divisions.

Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate party.
Experience and Skills/Abilities

Previous experience in a regulatory compliance or licensing role is preferred.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using standard office software and databases.

Google Workspace, Netsuite, HubSpot, and Monday.com are preferred.
Education
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as
laptop computers and smartphones. The person in this role must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of
the time and must move about occasionally inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery and have routine contact with individuals in the office. This person in this role must be able to lift 25 lbs routinely and 50 lbs occasionally.
Travel
This position requires travel, less than 10% of the time. Travel will be mixed, local and outside the local area and overnight.
Expected Hours of Work
The typical work schedule for this position follows a standard workday, with occasional flexibility for evening and weekend work during high-volume periods. All breaks and lunches will comply with local, state, and federal laws, and overtime, if required, will be compensated in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
