As an empathetic, friendly, highly motivated, hard working, Medical Assistant, you will be very successful with our team. Medical Assistants provide TMS and Ketamine treatments to our patients daily. NO EXPERIENCE?? That is okay, we will provide training on and offsite with no expense to you.
Once fully trained you will be a certified TMS technician and will be responsible for all administrative aspects of interventional treatments, including being a patient provider liaison, scheduling, tracking insurance authorizations, administering psychiatric rating scales, medication refills, and patient charting with a high degree of accuracy.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
~Administer TMS and/or Ketamine treatments according to specific physician protocols.
~Set up the TMS medical device and monitor all aspects of the treatment sessions for patient comfort and treatment accuracy.
~Provide excellent patient care and treat patients with compassion while developing trust and rapport. Provide support, reflective listening, and compassion to patients struggling with many mental health disorders such as, depression, anxiety, OCD, even PTSD just to mention a few.
~Troubleshoot and resolve issues with patient comfort, coil contact, and system setup throughout treatment.
~Administer psychiatric rating scales and counsel patients on completion of scales.
~Record tech level session notes, scribe during provider/patient discussions, track insurance authorizations, and schedule patient visits using EMR and medical scheduling software.
~Communicate with our team of certified physician assistants and one (1) MD. who oversee patient medication management needs and complete tasks as directed.

COVID-19 considerations:
The candidate must be COVID vaccinated. All patients and staff are required to wear masks during patient contact. Proof of vaccination is required.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- EMR systems: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Medical Assistant, LPN, BS or military equivalent (Required)
