The ideal candidate for this position should possess previous experience in Satellite Installation, Cable Installation, or some sort of networking knowledge. however, no experienced is ok too!!
The candidate must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs., work outside in the elements, not mind getting dirty, and own a Truck, Van, or SUV, and Tools/Ladders.
Successful Candidates or trainees will possess the following skills and attributes: Self-Motivated Have the ability to work alone as well as in a team effort A strong work ethic Attention to detail Quick learner good troubleshooting skills Be able to retain knowledge Excellent customer service skills A desire to put in a full day's work using both skill and efficiency Honesty and Integrity Safety
Responsibilities Include:
Performing Installations from start to finish of DirecTV systems, troubleshooting, simple problem-solving skills and proper documentation of all paperwork. Good customer service skills and a willingness to exceed expectations could eventually lead into more professional opportunities.
Some long-distance travel may be required.

RELATED EXPERIENCE FOR INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN:
Cable, wiring, satellite, security alarm, home theater, electrical, electrician, TV, internet, telecommunications, maintenance, repair, electronic, hand tools and power tools experience, OSHA, installation, materials, customer service, and military.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS* FOR INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN:
- Must meet Exede state-specific minimum age requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must possess a valid driver's license in the primary state of residence
- Must be able to speak clearly, concisely, and to communicate effectively in a courteous and professional manner
- Solid written communication skills required
- Must meet company hiring criteria for pre-employment screening, including drug test, criminal background check
- Must be able to expect and embrace change
- SBCA and/or other industry certifications preferred
- Working knowledge of handheld electronics, including smart phones, ipads, etc., preferred
- Construction experience and electrician experience is a plus
- Tools required: 28 ft ladder, drill, etc.

Pay: $750.00 - $1,200.00 per week
