We are working with a large consumer goods company, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, that is looking to build its talent pool of Application Developers. Are you ready to join their team?
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Reviewing technical specifications and re-engineering program components
- Identifying and resolving simple to medium complexity production problems during the cutover phase
- Participates in code reviews.
- Assists in the definition of integration points between packaged apps and 3rd party systems
- Performs performance testing to check application characteristics and evaluate how the application performs under normal or load conditions
- Creates technical documents outlining application overview, function, dependencies, etc.
- Unit test applications for functionality.
- Coordinates with the testing team to solve bugs
- Executes conversion plans such as conversion from legacy to newly developed applications, conversion plans for upgrades, etc.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Bachelors B.E./ B.Tech / BCA; Masters M.Tech / MCA; Computer Science specialization highly desirable
- Possesses hands-on experience in the programming languages of one of the packages applications such as PLM/ ITSM/ERPs: Oracle, JDA, SAP, ABAP, and BASIS
- Has proficiency in developing simple to medium-complexity SQL queries
- Has prior experience working in the same platform and programming language
- Should be aware of basic information security awareness protocols, software security in the SDLC lifecycle, and OWASP Top 10 concepts
- Independently worked on at least 2 to 3 mid to large-sized implementation projects
Salary : $83,100 - $105,000
