We are seeking a Director of Marketing and Business Development who is passionate about improving the lives of individuals struggling with addiction, has a proven track record of success in marketing, and is excited about being part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to making a difference in our community. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for driving the development and execution of Livengrin Foundations marketing plan. The Director of Marketing will be actively involved in strategic planning, marketing management and identification of potential growth opportunities.
In your role you will:
Lead. As a member of the senior leadership team,you will be responsible for growing our census in our network of treatment centers and building relationships within the community. This position requires strong strategic planning skills and the ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative approaches to drive business growth.
Innovate. As an Innovator, you will be expected to push both yourself and your team to explore novel and creative methods of broadening our referral sources and enhancing our brand recognition among diverse communities, audiences, and stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving constant progress, forging new relationships, and creating something from the ground up.

This collaboration is crucial in ensuring an efficient and patient-centered approach to achieve our common goal of helping patients achieve lasting recovery.
Essential responsibilities will include:
Strategic planning. As a leader of business development efforts, you will be responsible for creating short-term and long-term plans to achieve business growth goals.
Marketing expertise. Developing and implementing strategic marketing and referral initiatives to increase patient census requires a strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
Market analysis. Conducting market analysis and identifying new business opportunities is a critical component of this role.
Relationship building. Initiating, developing, and maintaining relationships with community providers and stakeholders is essential to expand the organization's brand and visibility in the community.
Networking. Representing the organization at conferences and professional meetings and establishing a robust network is important to build a pipeline of referral sources.
Project management. Overseeing the production of marketing materials, advertising, and organizing marketing events requires excellent project management skills.
Data management. Managing a referral source database to assist with marketing and admissions, as well as developing and maintaining ongoing reports to monitor progress against goals, requires strong data management skills.
Teamwork. Working cohesively with various departments to strengthen relationship building with community providers to develop referral relationships andcollaborating with the admissions department to manage leads from referral sources, is critical to ensuring an efficient admissions process.
Qualifications for this role include:
Master’s degree in development, marketing, business administration, or related field.
Four (4) years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing specific to healthcare preferably within the addiction treatment industry.
Experience in not-for-profit business.
