Digital Content Writer

We’re looking for a superstar writer in our Marketing team – a storyteller by nature with a deep curiosity for the customer journey and experience, and a modern understanding of what kind of written content will actually make an impact. This person should be on the forefront of advanced technology, and have a curiosity for how AI can impact content.

The Purpose of Your Role

The Digital Content Writer is integral to enhancing and promoting the Liveops brand through the development and dissemination of high-quality, engaging, and informative content across various marketing platforms. The role is pivotal in amplifying our company's unique voice, showcasing our technological expertise, and embodying our culture of innovation. By doing so, the writer will play a key role in deepening brand loyalty and forging meaningful connections with our intended audience. The ideal candidate will be the driving force behind our content creation efforts, working to position Liveops as a leader in our industry and a trusted partner to our clients.

The Qualifications We’re Looking For

• 4 years proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
• Ability to take complex content and make it readable/understandable to different audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in grammar, style, and editing, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of brand identity, tone of voice, and the ability to maintain consistency
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Able to work well independently
• Ability to work cross functionally and cross departmentally
• Proven record of interacting with leadership to develop presentations at all levels of the organization
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment
• A self-starter who takes initiative and can problem solve

The Value You Deliver

• Content Strategy and Creation: develop impactful, original, and persuasive content for internal and external audiences including, marketing materials, digital ads, email campaigns, blog posts, executive communication, white papers, case studies, landing pages, website content, and more.
• Conduct thorough research on AI and cutting-edge technologies to produce informed and compelling content pieces that captivate and educate diverse audiences
• Track the latest advancements and trends in AI, delivering insightful content that informs and engages our audience
• Genuine curiosity for how AI can be leveraged to impact content writing
• Manage internal and external content calendars and development, distribution and promotion of content across platforms.
• Creative Collaboration by working closely with cross functional teams and the marketing/social media team to bring concepts to life and create content that resonates with our target audience externally and our internal employee audience.
• Interview customers, partners and internal SMEs to craft compelling stories on pain points and ROI that ultimately drive pipeline.
• Draft copy and messaging for high-traffic webpages and campaign landing pages that will resonate with our target audience.
• Provide copy editing / proofreading support for all written content organizationally.
• Work with internal teams to track content performance utilizing web analytics and surveys and optimize based on insights.
• Take initiative in generating ideas and contributing editorial ideas for ongoing and pro-active content marketing deliverables.
• Create and edit PowerPoint presentations for internal and customer-facing uses.
• Independently propose ideas on how to improve marketing content and internal processes.
