Retail Store Associate
Liverpool Pool & Spa 2021 LLC is an established company celebrating over 35 years in the Pool and Spa Industry! We strive to give our customers a great shopping and service experience! We are currently expanding and looking for friendly, outgoing, hard-working individuals to join our growing team at our Baldwinsville, East Syracuse, and Rome Store Locations. Candidates must be self-motivated and willing to adapt with strong customer service skills. Once hired, candidate is expected to start immediately, once position is accepted. Previous Pool/Spa employment is required. Job Training will be provided. Qualified Candidate will be well-compensated with bonus earning potential!

- Retail Store Associate
Associate General Job Duties:
· Develop good customer relationships by being active and engaging on the floor.
· Stocking Products on shelves, maintaining a clean showroom and workplace.
· Greeting Customer’s when they arrive and help with carry outs when they leave.
· Address customer concerns with the aid of Store/Assistant Manager about their pool or spa.
· Conduct water tests, basic troubleshooting with water care products for pools and spas.
· Use of RB P.O.S. System and Water Care Analysis Software to assist customers and staff.
· Helping customers with basic parts and accessories for their pool or spa.
· Email and phone correspondence with customers.
· Conduct employee performance reviews with Store Manager (SM).
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team-friendly environment
- Ability to stand, walk up and down stairs, lift and bend for extended periods of time
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Educate customers with simple troubleshooting tips and explanations (as needed)
· Attention to detail, organization, and thoroughness is a must.
- Ability to greet and communicate friendly with customers on showroom floor
- Punctuality – including and being ON-TIME
- Personal Accountability in front of customers and staff (Proper etiquette and Professionalism)
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
· General Math Skills and Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel)
