Designer and manufacturer of home furniture products is looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee all creative projects. Our ideal candidate has a passion for design and will channel that passion into the development of relevant products and will manage the creation of all supporting print and digital collateral.
This position will focus highly on creative project management, meaning you should have a strong and well-rounded background in the creative production process. While some hands-on design skills are preferred, this job is more about ensuring that creative projects are consistent with brand guidelines. In short, you will need to source (and manage) the right talent to achieve the required results.
The Marketing Manager will also be asked to lead the creative interpretation of our products, thus an interest in furniture design is highly desirable. You must stay up to date on current interior design trends and be able to call upon that knowledge during the product development process.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the art department workload ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget and in line with brand requirements.
- Stay up to date with the home furnishings industry, using this knowledge to maintain the relevancy of our brand in the market space.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and foster a collaborative environment where sales, marketing, product development and creative direction all converge.
- Work within a multinational and multicultural environment with team members in different time zones
- Differentiate between consumer and B2B audiences and design sales and marketing materials accordingly.
- Maintain and expand the brand guide.
- Provide creative direction on website and social media platforms.
Deliverables
- Mockups of new product designs, via photo manipulation and/or 3D modeling.
- Product packaging (cartons) artwork, meeting all marking requirements.
- Instruction manual layouts
- Box inserts layouts
- Product imagery, via studio photography, digital composition and 3D rendering.
- Graphic design of all marketing collateral (catalogs, brochures, sales presentations, etc…)
- Product videos and animations
Experience/Skills
- Experience managing creative projects (graphic design, image manipulation/photo composition, 3D rendering, video).
- Experience managing an art department consisting of both internal and external resources.
- Hands on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Product development experience, delivering visuals of potential new products.
- Experience with interior design and/or home furnishings products.
- Graphic design experience
- Product research experience

Pay: $40,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
