Starting Compensation:
$85,825.05 -$98,683.63 annual salary based on experience.

Role:
Livingston County Community Mental Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Program Director with clinical supervision experience to lead our team providing life-changing services to children, adolescents, and families. In this vital role, you will have the opportunity to directly improve the lives and well-being of young people and their support systems.
As the Program Director, you will inspire and mentor a team of dedicated therapists, case managers, and clinical staff. Your leadership will ensure our young clients and their families receive the highest standards of counseling, case management, and mental health services tailored to their unique needs. You will establish operational policies, performance goals, and strategic program enhancements to drive positive outcomes.
A typical day may find you providing clinical supervision, assigning cases, monitoring treatment progress, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring comprehensive documentation. You will develop collaborative relationships with schools, pediatricians, and other providers while representing our agency with professionalism. Advocating for the rights of children and families while upholding confidentiality will be among your top priorities.
This rewarding position demands exceptional organizational and management abilities. You will hire and train new staff, manage program budgets and resources, seek new funding sources, and facilitate interagency projects. During crisis situations, you may be called upon to provide after-hours emergency counseling services. This position may also provide leadership with program development, performance improvement, compliance reviews, and data analysis/evaluation projects.
To qualify, you must possess a passion for serving children, adolescents, and families, a master's degree in a mental health field, current Michigan licensure, and substantial experience in a clinical leadership role. Requirements to join us:

Some weekend, after hours, special event duties may be required.
Job Specific Requirements:
Education: Possession of a master's degree or its equivalent in Social Work, Psychology or a related human services field.
Experience: Three to five years of professional experience in a mental health agency. Supervisory experience preferred.
Other Requirements:
If degree is in Social Work, must be a Michigan Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW).
If degree is in Counseling, must be a Michigan Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
If degree is in Psychology, must be a Michigan Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP) or Michigan Licensed Psychologist (LP).
Possession of a valid Michigan driver's license
Experience providing supervision/leadership role.
