5th on MAIN in Hopkins, MN is looking for an experienced Caretaker for the property which will include Leasing Agent responsibilities.
Caretaker takes care of the maintenance and security of the community areas of the buildings and property. Their duties include cleaning, performing simple repairs and maintenance tasks and performing security checks. Caretaker position requires Caretaker to live on site. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.
A Leasing Agent/ Administrative Assistant assists the Property manager in showing the property units in a professional manner, as well as explaining the features and amenities included. They will also prepare lease documents and screen potential residents.

Requirements:
Clean exterior windows and doors daily
Clean hallways, entry, and laundry in all buildings daily
Responsible for assisting with lock outs.
Has daily routine that changes seasonally to cover areas of responsibility.
Grounds are clean, well maintained and improved as needed.
Service requests are issued when repairs are needed.
Weeding is done as needed and sprayed to prevent further growth.
Ash trays are cleaned regularly.
Dog droppings are collected, and walks washed as needed.
Plants are maintained.
Salt/Sand sidewalks and parking lot as needed.
Work office as directed by Property Manager
Saturday leasing office hours.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Thorough understanding of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
Detail-oriented and thorough
Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance.
Ability to keep the property clean and orderly.
Good interpersonal skills with polite and courteous demeanor toward staff, customers, clients, and visitors to the property.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Must pass a background check.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods standing/walking.
Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Willingness to work varying shift lengths depending on seasonal demands.
