About us

  • LivSmooth Laser Hair Removal is a boutique Laser Hair Removal (LHR) provider seeking an exceptional Clinic Manager/ Store Manager / Clinic Director to lead our new Winter Garden location! You will be a pioneer on our team helping create the brand’s experience for locations to follow. We are looking for an enthusiastic consultative sales and management leader who will be responsible for the sales and operations of your location as well as cultivating a phenomenal culture leading a team to success!

About you

  • You have working knowledge of aesthetic/ medical spa procedures such as laser hair removal
  • You have worked in a sales/ leadership role in a med spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or similar environment
  • You are comfortable managing staff and with consultative sales

Duties

  • Run the clinic location with an “owner/operator” mindset that will initially include some new clinic setup duties (help build your clinic from the ground floor and develop your staff)
  • Deliver world class customer service and leadership to clients/ staff
  • Represent the LivSmooth brand through community outreach and grassroots marketing to build name recognition and earn new business
  • Perform all sales consultations with prospective clients
  • Engage in customer satisfaction surveys to ensure expectations are being met
  • Build the LivSmooth brand by generating for referrals, reviews, and encouraging existing clients to seek treatment of additional body areas for LHR
  • Be the expert- prepare to answer all client inquiries, address any concerns, and be present and aware of all that is going on in the clinic

Expectations:

  • Display a passion for Laser Hair Removal, Aesthetics and Self-Care
  • All potential employees will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment background check prior to employment.
  • Manage the “sales funnel” in a way that maximizes conversion of leads to consultations and sales.
  • Meet & exceed all other given targets and key performance indicators including daily, weekly, and monthly revenue
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of all potential sales and marketing activities
  • Exercise personal accountability, work independently and answer to remote management

Experience Required:

  • Required: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Management / Consultative Sales in Spa or Med Spa, Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon's office setting
  • Required: A minimum of 5 years of sales and customer service experience
  • Proven sales track record and ability to motivate sales team to meet monthly sales goals.
  • Analyzing, understanding, and speaking to Key Performance Indicators
  • Experience building a business through community outreach and grassroots marketing
  • Intermediate computer and social media skills

Compensation:

  • $25/hr 5% Commission Total Monthly Revenue
  • Unlimited Commission
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401k Eligible at One Year of Employment

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
