LJ's Midnight Munchies is hiring a kitchen cleaner! We are a fast-growing company that places a high value on our teams happiness and believes everyone should be treated with respect in the work place, which is why the minimum salary for this role is $17/hr! Being a team player and great time-management is critical to your success at LJ's Midnight Munchies! You also must be able to stand for long periods of time as well as the ability to work quickly and multitask during busy periods. Cleaner Responsibilities

• Cleaning workstations, washrooms, preparation tables, equipment, utensils, and all other areas in accordance with all health codes and standards.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Performing simple food preparation tasks, such as slicing up meats and veggies.
• Communicating with customers and delivery drivers in a polite and respectful manner.

• Replenishing supplies and stocking the shelves.

• Rotating food and stamping the time and date on the food in the coolers.
• Accepting questions and feedback from customers and delivery drivers

• Kitchen Cleaner Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Highly detailed oriented
• A passion for cleaning and a clean work environment
• On-the-job training in food preparation and sanitation techniques.
• The ability to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently.
• The ability to speak multiple languages would be advantageous.
• Strong communication, teamworking, and customer service skills.
• Manual dexterity and a good sense of taste.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Night shift
• Weekend availability
