Summary: LJA Engineering is looking for a highly motivated Systems Administrator to join our IT team. Under general supervision the individual is responsible for installing, configuring, documenting, and maintaining core IT systems and services.

- Azure Active Directory
- Exchange Online
- Intune

- Microsoft Teams
- Monitoring systems, performance, and capacity needs
- Maintain and create system documentation.
- Provide escalated ticket support and problem resolution.
- Travel to remote sites as needed.
- Participate in afterhours work as needed.

Required Qualifications:
Education
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience
- 3 years of IT work experience in infrastructure and server environments.
- Advanced experience supporting server operating systems and hardware.
- Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory Management experience.

- Ability to work with scripts such as PowerShell or Batch files.

- Associates degree in computer science or a closely related field
