This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on customer service and dispatching experience in a dynamic environment. This critical role supports the entire Operations team by assuring the technicians know where they are going for their appointments and what work they are going to complete when they get there. This position will report to the Scheduling Supervisor.
This position is an in-person role in Antioch, TN.
Essential Job Duties:
- Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with new & existing customers through a high degree of professionalism and excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
- Daily duties include heavy phone activity and computer use.
- Field staff requests/inquiries regarding general issues.
- Receive incoming calls and create work orders.
- Manage timely responses to customers' calls and inquiries.
- Plan, forecast, schedule and communicate service calls with customers and technicians.
- Maintain an extremely well-organized calendar.
- Other duties and additional responsibilities as directed, depending upon interest and capacity.
