What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Lloyd Staffing?
Lloyd Staffing's client is looking for a new team member in the customer service and order entry department. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, be able to shift between tasks quickly, and openly communicate with customers, locations, and our internal dispatch team for appointment times and status updates. Strong organizational and prioritization skills are needed, as is the ability to draft professional emails.
Duties:
-Customer Service handling relationships with vendors
-Entering orders in system for updating clients on tracking, delays, or any issues
-Heavy communication via phone and email to customers
-Team player handling customer/client success
The office is walking distance from Newark Penn Station and Path trains.
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Pay: $21.00 per hour
