What are the responsibilities and job description for the Die Maker position at LLVIT Inc.?
Registered Journeyman and/or comparable education
- Minimum 10 years die assembly experience
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience
- Excellent working knowledge of machining processes and in-depth understanding of tool and die manufacturing
- Knowledge of machining, tool & die, modeling, programming, die cast process
- Good understanding of similar industrial practices (electrical, plumbing, hydraulics) Understanding of Federal and State OSHA standards
- Understanding of basic employment rules and regulations (State and Federal)
Experience in assembling and repairing either high pressure die cast tools or plastic injection tools.
Must be willing to work (second shift) 100% of the time.
Must be willing to lead a group of new die makers / apprentices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
