What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Laborer position at LMC CORPORATION?
LMC Corporation is looking for laborers with sufficient knowledge and experience with various trades in the construction industry, such as acoustical ceiling installation/repair, flooring, drywall, concrete work, framing, roofing, painting, etc.
Applicants must:
- Must be willing to do hard physical work in varying temperatures and outside conditions.
- Will lift, push or pull objects up to 70lbs.
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, or bend and reach above shoulder heights
- Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, and carry objects on a frequent basis
- Must be able to move in and around confined, cluttered and uneven areas.
- Must be able to climb and maintain balance on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders and scaffolds.
- Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures and have the ability to wear all required protective gear (including but not limited to steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat, vest, etc.)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to travel

Experience/Requirements:
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK
- Must have valid work authorization and a valid ID
- Must have reliable transportation
- At least 1 year of construction experience is preferred
- Willingness to travel is also preferred
- Providing your own trade tools is a plus but not required
Pay is based on experience
