We are looking for a skilled property manager to be responsible for the direct management and oversight of assigned residential properties.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned property
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet property standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with prospects, tenants, vendors and management
- Manage leasing process in a timely and reliable manner from receipt of leads through tenant move-in
- Manage property financials, including income and expenses, according to agreed upon operating budgets; participate in the development of annual budgeting process and monthly budget comparison reviews and analyses
- Stay-up-to-date and be willing to increase job and market knowledge
- Submit timely and accurate property reports to management on a weekly basis; participate in bi-weekly management meetings
Skills
- Proven work experience as property manager - preferably minimum of two years
- Full understanding of property management and financial responsibilities
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software, Appfolio a plus
- Customer focus and bottom-line orientation
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Associates or BS degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
