LNO is a rapidly growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing a broad spectrum of services to federal government and commercial customers.
The Industrial and Organizational Psychologist shall be the focal point for all issues and shall keep the Government fully informed, both verbally and in writing. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, administrative, financial, and managerial resources required to support this contract.
I & O Psychologist shall:
Evaluate 95% of the 560 US Army Cyber School Initial Military Training students annually utilizing the Multidimensional Aptitude Battery –II (MAB-II) and Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness Personality Inventory (NEO-PI-3) assessments or equivalent; prepare monthly Trend Analysis Reports on assessment scores for farther analysis.
Provide students with individual counseling, as required, to assist students that are experiencing difficulties during the Cyber courses.
Shall maintain student confidentiality IAW the American Psychological Association Code of Ethics.
Develop and facilitate group discussions with classes on “Human Learning” and “Human Performance Improvement” that will improve students’ learning experience.
Consult with Cyber School staff monthly to ensure deliverables are meeting leadership’s intent, within the confines of this PWS.
Maintain professional knowledge by attending conferences, reviewing professional publications, establishing professional networks in order to stay relevant.
Conduct periodic training environment observations including SCIF training facilities and offer recommendations to Course Managers that are consistent with maintaining a safe, healthy classroom and training environment.
Travel at least 10% annually in a Temporary Duty (TDY) status, as required; and submit Trip Reports within 5 days of TDY completion.
Participate in at least two (2) weekly meetings or IPRs per month to give project statuses to the Office Chief of Cyber (OCC) management.
Send bi-weekly email reports to the COR. Reports to the COR will include work accomplished, tasks remaining, and identify any issues/concerns associated with the accomplishment of assigned tasks.
Ability to perform on cross-functional teams with multi-disciplinary individuals.
Ability to relate to students from a variety of demographics/socio-economic backgrounds.
Submit monthly invoices within the WAWF in a timely manner.
