Laredo Operations Coordinator
Load One is rapidly growing and expanding our Mexico business unit and we are currently looking for an Operations Coordinator in Laredo, TX. Candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish to be able to clearly communicate with customers, US Operations, and Mexico business partners. Chosen candidate will be required to work onsite at our facility in Laredo, TX
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment as business grows.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in transportation operations with a key focus on cross border operations
- Ownership and Initiative driven
- Flexible schedule to meet operational needs
- Bilingual English/Spanish both speak and written
- Well versed in cross-border operations
- Knowledge of both Truckload and Expedite modes.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of customs rules and regulations as it pertains to US/Mexico border.
- Knowledge of North American geography
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and carriers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
