Hydraulic Pump Technician and Parts Floater

Loader Parts Source (LPS) is a growing company serving the skid loader repair industry. We were founded in 2008 and have since expanded into 3 buildings, all located in Elkhart, IN. We utilize EOS as our operating system and are driven to create leaders, not just at LPS, but in all aspects of life.
Summary/Purpose of the position:
We are looking for the right person who is proactive and motivated to work with limited supervision. This person will need to pay attention to details, have the ability to multitask, be dependable and communicate with other members of the team. This is a crucial role in the first step of our remanufacturing process.
This is a full-time position which reports to the Director of Operation
Responsibilities:
· Disassembly and cleaning cores
· Order picking
· Quality inspection on both new and used parts
· Cleaning and organizing work area
· Restocking remanufactured parts in proper locations
Qualifications/Other Requirements
· Organized and detailed oriented
· Must be hands on
· Not afraid of a challenge and getting dirty
· Mechanical Knowledge is required
· Knowledge of both hand and pneumatic tools are required
