What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Manager position at Loadsmart?
Oversee and accelerate the integration of the company’s booking system with multiple transportation management systems (TMS) and automation processes. Ascertain client needs and user experience and review feedback to meet expectations. Coordinate with the company management team on strategic planning for integration initiatives. Understand customers’ pain points, support the development of the product's vision, strategy, and roadmap. Discover creative business opportunities within our partner platform integrations and pitch these ideas to external parties.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Information Technology. 1 year experience in job offered or 1 year experience as IT Project Manager, IT DevOps Manager, IT Application Manager, IT Coordinator or any suitable combination of experience/education/training. (Will accept Bachelor’s and 6 years of work experience.)
