```Job Summary```
We are seeking an experienced Installation Project Coordinator to join our team. As an Installation Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the installation of various projects. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple people to ensure successful project completion.
```Responsibilities```
- Plan, organize, and manage installation projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with design teams to review schematics and ensure accurate implementation
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders
