Insurance Restoration Project Superintendent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Restoration Project Superintendent to join our construction team. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of insurance restoration construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement construction schedules
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Maintain accurate documentation of all project activities, including daily notes in PJM, change orders, and customer selections
- Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors to review project progress and address any concerns or issues

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Insurance Project Superintendent in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Xactimate, PSA, Encircle and Matterport
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
