Description:This exciting and dynamic role will manage the Factory and Field Training (FFT) team for the Fort Worth site. This position aligns though the Talent and Organizational Capability Director. The selected candidate will be responsible for the daily activities supporting training and delivery in support of F-35 production.
Additional duties include:
Develops and oversees project/program progression and metrics for L&D, providing over-site and direction to project team members and ensuring project/program alignment with business strategy and priorities.
Analyzes work force utilization, work flow charts and schedules to determine efficient utilization of resources and equipment. Maps and prioritizes learner and instructor schedules. Manages the development of training aids and acquisition of required materials/supplies. Validates and enables an accurate Master Training Plan, and ensures training equipment is available and operational when needed.
Supports the professional and technical development of team members. Maintains routine communications with senior management concerning all aspects of the projects/programs. Drives lateral connectivity and collaboration within HR and across the enterprise with business leaders, project team members, and clients.
Delivers data-driven measures of learning effectiveness. Creates, supports and rewards an agile learning environment that enables innovation, inclusion and leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
-Minimum of 12 years of professional experience leading and executing process and operational improvement projects recommending changes to improve efficacy, preferably in Learning and Development
-Demonstrated experience consulting with an assigned client organization on Learning and Development topics
-Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders using multiple methods based on context
-Demonstrated ability to lead change
-Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics
-Must demonstrate strong decision making and judgment, oral and written communication, and business acumen
-Must practice culture of accountability and GD&I
Desired Skills:
-Demonstrated ability and experience coaching leaders and employees
-Demonstrated ability and experience facilitating groups to deliver solutions
-Demonstrated understanding of human capital analytics and key workforce metrics
-Demonstrated experience and knowledge in aircraft either commercial or military
-Prefer Advanced degree in related field, MBA or masters in education
-Prior experience managing a multi-million dollar training organization(s) in a highly regulated environment
