Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Team as an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor on our F-22 Aircraft Program at our Hickam AFB, Hawaii facility! This position requires demonstrated proficiencies in supervisory or management areas, designated to assist the Senior Site Representative (SSR) and will be responsible for the production, modification, quality of work, and safety procedures of assigned work shift.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing the general servicing, repair, modification, overhaul, and upgrades over F-22 Fighter Aircraft in a multi-facet workforce
• Responsible for the hiring and onboarding of Lockheed Martin and contracted labor employees over both a Low Observable Production and Heavy Modification team, respectively- to ensure a fully diverse and qualified Core Field Team (CFT).
• Assigns and ensures completion of required training and medical readiness items necessary for specific job requirements.
• Monitors timely and accurate timecard entries/charging and completes certifications at the end of each week for all assigned personnel
• Works concurrently with production and engineering to ensure on time delivery of mission ready fighter aircraft.
• Works with Lockheed Martin Safety/ESH to monitor and track safety initiatives and deficiencies using Lockheed Martin based programs.
• Implements/performs routine spot inspections throughout workspace to ensure proper adherence to local policies and procedures, including OSHA guidance and directives.
• Performs process improvement initiatives to present to site manager for digital, ergonomic, safety transformations etc.
• Collaborates with Lockheed Martin HRBP regularly to ensure and uphold a culture of accountability, ethics, equality etc.
• Meet regularly with Quality Assurance leadership to identify and focus on failures/trends and implement corrective action plans
• Ability to carry and instill Lockheed Martin’s Core Values – “Do what’s right, Respect others, and Perform with Excellence”.
Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance. Must be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
