We are seeking a Antenna Test Engineer to plan, prepare, quote, perform and document component, subsystem and system level antenna pattern and other radio frequency testing operations.
Summary of Key Duties for this position:
• Create, review and execute test procedures based on test requirements.
• Lead teams to prepare and execute comprehensive test procedures and manage levels of effort and schedules during test execution.
• Coordinate subsystem and/or system level antenna pattern and RF testing activities with manufacturing, engineering and other teams.
• Perform analysis of test results and prepare comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance.
• Facilitates the initiation and closure of discrepancy reports.
• Must be willing to work off shifts and weekends.

Basic Qualifications:
• Strong analytical, writing and oral technical communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute complicated test procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to operate and troubleshoot complicated mechanical and radio frequency instrumentation.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive testing efficiency improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a team environment and lead a test team.
Desired Skills:
• Experienced antenna test engineer with documented experience operating and trouble shooting antenna pattern measurement systems including tapered ranges, compact ranges and near field planar ranges. Thorough understanding of the theory and extensive hands on experience using network analyzers to measure antenna performance.
• Experience performing other RF testing operations such as PIM or EMI testing.
• Experience with Antenna Testing Automation and Analytical Data Processing Software tools such as MATLAB, Labview and other data reduction and analysis programs.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
