Description:As the GEOINT Business Development Analyst for planning, executing and leading growth efforts for GEOINT and related domains within the Special Programs line-of-business (SPLOB), the successful candidate will leverage current business and capabilities to penetrate core and near-core RF markets and grow the LOB, diversify its portfolio and meet Long-Range Plan (LRP) commitments totaling more than $1B. The GEOINT BD Analyst will be responsible for discovering, qualifying and maturing new opportunities, developing discriminating value propositions and offerings, and bidding effectively to achieve high win rates.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Executing strategic growth plans focused on GEOINT and related core and near-core markets.
• Leading efforts to assess the viability of GEOINT markets, addressable customer budgets and competitive landscape to determine where investments should be focused.
• Leading the identification, prioritization and qualification of pursuits through the LM Space new business process. Supporting the management of the overall GEOINT new business portfolio to ensure diversification of risk and achievement of LRP growth goals.
• Orchestrating GEOINT customer engagement activities across the SPLOB, as defined in strategy and capture plans. Initiating and growing customer relationships in core and near-core markets to ensure mission understanding, competitive position and aggressive growth.
• Overseeing and leading capture and proposal activities within the GEOINT new business portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategy and development of discriminating value propositions and competitive bid approaches in GEOINT capture campaigns.
• Communicating with and engaging SPLOB and LM Space senior leadership for the purpose of building advocacy and support from internal stakeholders and obtaining authorizations.
• Collaborating closely with organizations across the SPLOB, LM Space and the broader Lockheed Martin Corporation to ensure coordination of new business activities and maximum leverage of LMC resources to grow the business.
Basic Qualifications:
• TS/SCI clearance or TS with ability to gain SCI is required.
• Industry-applicable B.S. or B.A. degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Experience specifically with space-based GEOINT markets, applicable customers and their missions, enabling technologies, core programs and key acquisitions is also strongly preferred.
• 4 years of experience in Aerospace and Defense, with part- or full-time experience in competing for new business. Specific experience in Intelligence Community programs and acquisitions is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically with up to monthly frequency.

• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams in developing and delivering superior products with constrained schedules and resources.
