Supervise the low observable coatings application, the completion of aircraft, aircraft finishers, and delivery operations technicians.

Ensure Safety, Quality, Cost and Schedule Performance

Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.

Experience interacting with internal/external customers.

Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments.

Ability to create and utilize metrics related to performance.

Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience is a plus.

Basic Qualifications:
• Aviation Flight Line Experience

• Low Observable Coatings Applications Experience

• Experience Leading &/or managing projects

• Aircraft Manufacturing &/or Maintenance Experience
Desired Skills:
• Low Observable Coatings Leadership Experience

• Flight Line and Aviation Maintenance Leadership Experience

• Aircraft Delivery Operations Leadership experience.

• Leadership experience in an union environment.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
