Description:Mission Operations and Sustainment has an opportunity and is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) on the Double Eagle (DE) program a LM Space’s franchise Operations program.
DE is a consolidated Operations and Maintenance (O&M) program that includes scope across a large mission portfolio as well as across three separate geographic locations. The program is comprised of ~700 FTE with ~$200M in annual sales with LM as prime and Boeing and Raytheon as significant subcontractors. The program performs 24/7 Command & Control, Mission Planning/Scheduling, Tier-1/2 Mission Engineering, Test, Readiness, and Anomaly Response activities under a Cost-Plus Award Fee construct.
In this dynamic role the Deputy Program Manager (DPM) will:
• Be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and execution of the program and other PM duties as assigned.
• Chair selected DE program forums, processes, and enterprise business rhythms, which address overall program cost, schedule, and technical management.
• With cognizance of the program direction, will also be responsible for the coordination, generation, and delivery of recurring program deliverables, such as CFSRs and PMR charts.
• Routinely interface with program COTR, CO, and site level customers on all aspects of program execution and performance.
• Assist others in leading and driving enterprise behavior across the program as well as provide a leadership presence across the program.
Finally, the DPM has full PM authority during times of Program Manager absence.
Typically has 20 - 30 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrable leadership experience in an operations or O&M program with a proven understanding of managing customer domain, mission(s) and key personnel
Possess financial acumen and planning skills; CAM experience
Experience in driving enterprise behaviors and innovation/process improvements
Strong Interpersonal skills with teamwork and transparency as a priority; demonstrable written communication and oral presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to build Customer confidence and intimacy across multiple Mission Partners and Program Areas
Active Top Secret / SCI with CI Poly is required prior to start
Desired Skills:
Experience working with enterprise operations as well as overseas locations
Experience working with a geographically distributed team
Functional Manager (L-code) Experience
Proven experience developing new on-contract business opportunities
Understanding the DE customer organization and policies
In-depth knowledge of the Double Eagle program, mission, processes, and business rhythm
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
