Our facility in Sunnyvale, CA has an immediate opportunity for a Facilities Electrical Supervisor to join our mission. In this leadership role you will manage one or more functional areas in Facilities, specializing in Electrical Repairs and Support. In addition to oversight of a team of Union Represented Electrical Journeymen and Electrical Maintenance Technicians, this supervisor will support campus planned outages, emergency outages, 12KV Switching, among other projects where electrical support is needed.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 - 10 years of directly related to electrical engineering, electrical journeyman experience, and/or major electrical project oversight and implementation.
• Experience leading a technical team and interfacing with trade personnel as well as facility engineering staff.
• Must have proficiency with Microsoft Windows products including: PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Experience with application of Reliability Centered Maintenance principles, creating and managing vendor support service contracts.
• Knowledge of building and construction codes.
• Application of predictive Maintenance tools including vibration, ultrasonic and infrared analysis.
• Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Knowledge of construction/Design standards as related to Reliability/maintainability requirements.
• Ability to write clear, concise, detailed descriptive reports.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and engage teams.
• LM21 or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified desired.
