The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting business analyses for GCMS focused on international ventures and legal entities, ensuring alignment between strategic focus areas and financial commitments. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a dynamic environment and a self-starter with the ability to work independently, partner across the organization and across functions, and shape his/her assignments.
Specific Job Duties:
• Perform business analysis for GCMS international joint ventures and international entities
• Perform business analysis for GCMS strategic initiatives
• Support major strategic international proposals
• Present results of projects to senior leaders
• Partner and work closely with the market segment and LOB FP&A teams, GCMS programs and programs finance, pricing, and Strategy organization
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in a related discipline with 10 years of professional experience; or equivalent experience/combined education
• Strong finance background and business acumen
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and across various levels of the F&BO organization
• Ability to work independently with little direction; self-starter
• Effective in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Desired Skills:
• Financial Planning and Analysis and / or strategic financial analysis
• MBA or other advanced degree in a relevant discipline
• Experience with RMS financial systems (SAP, Hyperion, Essbase)
• Knowledge of Sikorsky programs, customers, market segments
