In this role, you will Performs work assignments as a member of the Global Diversity and Inclusion (GD&I) Team. Responsibilities may include Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Compliance tasks and process documentation/improvement; Diversity & Inclusion education and consultation to a subset of the Aero population; assistance with managing Aero Business Resource Groups and Employee Networks; and other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, or a related discipline
Desired Skills:
Effective project management skills.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver persuasive and well-organized ideas in both written and verbal form.
Ability to analyze complex problems, exercise sound judgment, and appropriately manage conflict.
Knowledge of state and federal laws affecting the employment of hourly-represented employees (FMLA, ADA, NLRA, EEOC, FEHA, Title VII, State Unemployment, and FLSA).
Knowledge in the field of Human Resources.
Knowledge of HRIS systems and/or PeopleSoft software.
