Description:Our Missiles and Fire Control team in Grand Prairie, Texas is seeking a GNC Engineer to work on the Hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) lab to develop HWIL solutions needed to support the implementation of a RF datalink system into an existing Precisions Fires missile.
A final Secret clearance is required for this role.
You will assist in the development of SW interfaces between the main computer controller, missile hardware components and tactical missile operational software. You should have a strong SW background, understanding of RF systems, and HW/SW debugging skills.
Relocation is possible for this role.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Expertise with Fortran, C , and Matlab
• Current Secret security clearance
• Willingness to work onsite in a classified lab environment
• Willingness to travel to test facilities as needed
• Final Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Prior experience with Precision Fires Family of Missiles
• Experience with RF & Datalink modeling
• Ability to own product development tasks with limited supervision
• Experience working with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and GPS Simulators
• Expertise with National Instruments equipment, Python, and ADA
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
