Description:The HR Operations team at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to lead multiple employee-focused processes and programs for MFC as we execute our mission to drive operational excellence. This exciting role will interface with all facets of the HR community at MFC and provide broad exposure to both leaders and employees across the business.
The selected candidate will work independently to oversee planning, execution and continuous improvement for all processes and programs within their scope, with oversight.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Leading and executing all aspects of the MFC Fitness Reimbursement and Service Awards programs, including planning and coordinating Longevity Award luncheons and related activities, as needed
* Leading and executing MFC’s most prestigious awards program, the Evening of Excellence (EOE), and the NOVA award nominations processes for MFC, and assisting with executing the annual EOE awards ceremony.
* Planning and coordinating bi-weekly HR Community Exchange (HRCE) meetings, which are a forum for the MFC HR community to meet about key topics.
* Weekly Invest in Me Award processing and reconciliation
* Monthly HR budget file processing
* Creating and processing MFC HR Purchase Requisition Requests and facilitating P-card purchases, as needed
* Reviewing and processing initial Tuition Assistance applications and answering basic employee questions about the program
* Researching and responding to Unemployment Claims, Legal Requests and TINA certifications
* Facilitating MFC HR SharePoint and WRC SharePoint access updates
* Personnel file administration, rehire eligibility coding and Release of Claims processing
* Rotating responsibility for Discipline Review Committee (DRC) coordination & execution
Additionally, this role will require a high degree of partnership and collaboration with HR COEs and the HRBP community, in addition to external vendors and corporate stakeholders.
Strong independent decision-making skills and the ability to develop and make sound business recommendations will aide in this incumbent's success. The selected candidate will be responsible for other tasks and projects as assigned that support the HR Operations mission. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter with great attention to detail, the ability to think creatively to solution problems and a basic understanding of various HR functions.
Basic Qualifications:
* Prior project management experience
* Prior experience in human resources
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including the ability to create and manipulate data using formulas, pivot tables, charts, and graphs
* Data Analytics - Ability to interpret and integrate multiple data sources into a clear and concise format for presentations
* Ability to analyze trends in data and report information to key stakeholders
* Learning Agility – Demonstrated willingness to learn from experience and apply that experience to the job
* Demonstrated ability to work well in teams and partner with others in HR and in cross-functional teams
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, which include the ability to communicate in a manner that clarifies issues and delivers information in a clear and concise way that facilitates decision-making by leadership
Desired Skills:
* At least 2 years of experience managing broad, complex support programs
* Ability to balance multiple stakeholders, customers, and priorities.
* Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and work with all levels of leadership
* Experience working with organizational budgets
* Ability to analyze and evaluate program/policy gaps and recommend changes to ensure continuous improvement
* Prior experience responding to Unemployment Claims, Legal Requests and TINA Certification Requests
* Adaptability – demonstrated openness to new ways of working and adapting to change
* Process improvement mindset with ability to act as a change agent in the improvement of processes and/or systems in support of a self-service model
* Comfortable working with Human Resources information systems to source and analyze data
* Understanding of HR policies and practices
* Prior experience in the aerospace and defense industry
* Ability to communicate concisely and professionally at all levels of the organization
* Proven ability to work independently with little oversight, prioritize work and meet deadlines

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $63,500 - $119,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $55,100 - $105,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
