Description:JEMINI is an exciting new multi-mission program for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). Members of the JEMINI team are highly motivated and have a sense of pride in being part of a special team in a dynamic and fast paced

JEMINI is a branch of the MDA Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) National Team and collaborates with multiple contractors, universities, and other organizations.

With agile and CI/CD methodologies, JEMINI is looking for a Computer Operations Support Analyst near Colorado Springs, CO at Schriever, SFB.

The selected candidate will be part of a team that reports to the JEMINI O&S Leadership and performs daily system monitoring, operations and maintenance of the multi-classified domain C2BMC JEMINI systems in a 24x7 operations and test environment.

The candidate will provide first level technical support to the warfighter and perform initial troubleshooting of all local C2BMC JEMINI hardware, software and networks.

The candidate will document and report all events/issues using Atlassian Confluence and Microsoft Office products to the JEMINI O&S Lead and receive tasking and direction from the JEMINI O&S Leadership for all operations, test & real-world events. The candidate will also assist in all hardware/software installations as directed by the local SMEs.

Performs other duties and assignments as required.
Basic Qualifications:
*Must currently hold an ACTIVE Secret DoD Security Clearance to be considered for this position**

* Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification requirements (Security CE, CySA , GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, CCNA Security).

* Sound background and experience with operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking environments.

* Background and experience in system and/or network administration that could include the following (Linux, Windows, Nutanix cloud infrastructure, MDA CLAN or DISA EM network usage).

* Background and experience in troubleshooting hardware and software components using bash/pearl scripting or Ansible.

* Sound background and experience in data flow usage and ability to troubleshoot with DISA and MDA network connectivity.
Desired Skills:
* Active Top Secret Security Clearance Preferred

* Knowledge of Missile Defense Systems and procedures is a plus.

* Experience and knowledge of C2BMC System or Missile Defense Systems.

*Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary : $65,300 - $125,100
