Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a talented, energetic Learning & Development Analyst to join our Training, Awareness, and User Experience team as part of the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO).

As a Learning & Development Analyst, you will be a member of the team responsible for helping upskill and reskill our employees to leverage data as a strategic asset through innovative, exciting learning offerings and opportunities. This role will be responsible for the development and curation of training resources focused on the goal of company-wide Data Literacy proficiency and upskilling in Data Science and Analytics. This position will contribute to pioneering strategies to connect with internal audiences and advance Data Literacy and data learning across Lockheed Martin.

Summary of Key Duties for this position:
• Identify organizational needs based on inputs from multiple sources to align with the overall learning & development strategy in the Chief Data & Analytics Office and beyond
• Design, deploy and sustain development experiences including but not limited to digital learning, asynchronous learning, and in-person learning
• Curate learning paths and experiences to meet just in time learning needs
• Support the alignment and governance of enterprise-wide Data Literacy strategy
• Develop and revise curriculum independently to support organization requirements
• Coordinate with Learning Management System (LMS) administrators to ensure all production organization training requirements are properly tracked and maintained with the LMS.
• Contribute to strategic curriculum measurements and KPI’s and analyze results.
• Perform in-depth analysis of training efficacy and provide recommendations on curriculum enhancements based on results.
• Partner across the business to understand organizational development needs
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of progressive responsibility/ experience, including in learning and development and/or program management in roles like organizational effectiveness, change management, etc.
• Strong project/program management and organizational skills with proven ability to deliver on time and within budget
• Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to establish and maintain networks and relationships; ability to influence outcomes among multiple levels of an organization
• Experience pulling together metrics, KPIs, and other measures to track the effectiveness and adoption of learning programs and/or campaigns
• Proven experience working with different stakeholder groups, subject matter experts, and customers to scope requirements and develop solutions to learning problems
• Experience with adult learning methodologies and competency definition
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities under deadlines
Desired Skills:
• Ability to work under general direction and develop plans and approaches independently, from conception to execution
• Passion for training, educating, and enabling others to refine their skills and expand their impact
• Prior experience writing internal communications with the ability to convey highly complex informational in clear, compelling ways
• Organizational Change Management and culture change experience, including leading change initiatives and the Prosci ADKAR framework
• Prior experience working with a Learning Management System, or industry standard tools such as Articulate Storyline and/or Camtasia a plus!
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or similar working method
• Experience operating in a highly matrixed organization
