-Individual will provide direct support to program planners, development and project leads, and government representatives for training program planning and coordination.
-Support training needs and manning analysis, Job Duty Task Analysis, Front-End Analysis, and communicate recommendations and status to the development teams.
-Assist with the planning, project coordination and execution of development tasks to meet key milestones, and conduct formal operational and maintenance level training as required.
-Provide technical and operational support for new simulation systems, develop scenarios, write requirements, provide critique, and report status.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
