Description:Program Manager to coordinate Seahawk 2020 PBL Product and Process Improvements (PPIs). Successful candidate will provide leadership to coordinate Owego-based PPI activities including Fleet-level interdictions, in-house repair processes, supplier repair processes, and lab utilization. Responsibilities include gathering and assessing each PPI opportunity for Return on investment (ROI), developing, implementing and monitoring critical milestone plans for those selected to be implemented, providing monthly savings assessments to leadership. Overarching PBL activities include combining and coordinating Owego-based PPI savings with Stratford and DERCO PPIs to a develop a unified CDRL submittal to the customer. Initiatives include implementing a strategy that aligns all SH2020 entities utilizing common toolsets and processes. Presentation of status at monthly Leadership meetings and customer PMRs required. Basic Qualifications: Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment. Desired Skills: Process Integration and Engineering Experience Program Scheduling/planning experience Cross functional leadership and coordination Business Case Analysis (ROI) experience
