Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Project Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks supporting management and team leads including, but not limited to gathering, manipulating, and formatting test data, developing key metrics to improve testing processes and thoroughness, assisting with security related tasks for the MPE Integration Lab, assisting with task management in JIRA, and assisting with staffing projections. The successful candidate will be a member of a high-performing team and must be self-motivated with an excellent work ethic, time-management, and interpersonal skills. You also must have demonstrated effective communication skills as the position will require frequent inter-organizational interactions, including senior leader level communications and presentations.
Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Master's degree from an accredited university in Systems Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field of study.
• Experience with Tableau

Desired Skills:
• F-35 Mission Planning or Mission Systems experience
• Understanding of the Software development lifecycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
