Supervise represented quality inspection employees on an active flight line by managing job assignments, training, and time off while assuring that Quality, Cost and Schedule goals are achieved.
Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and Aero Codes.
Assist employees with computer system and documentation.
Perform area FOD audits and interact with the Production and DCMA customers.
Must be a US Citizen, this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in flight line operations.
Experience in reading and interpreting Engineering drawings and specifications and applying their intent for evaluating acceptance of product quality.
Experience using manufacturing processes, specifications, inspection criteria, and quality engineering practices.
Experience in developing and interpreting quality data and metrics.
Experience using Continuous Improvement methods.
Experience in Microsoft office applications.
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated ability to use processes related to labs/testing techniques, corrective action/problem solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated strong ability to lead teams, make and influence decisions.
Demonstrated excellent teaming skills – must interface with all levels of management, technical and floor personnel in a multi- organizational environment
Experienced user of QADS, VAS, PDM, JDL, DOMMS, ALIS, JTD.
