What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registrar/Scheduler position at Lockheed Martin?
Description:Expected to have a basic understanding of the Training Management System (TMS) in order to make database entries and extract relevant reports.
Basic understanding and/or working knowledge of Air Force practices are required.
Good communication skills are essential for student in-briefings and data gathering.
Is expected to have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
The Scheduler/Librarian is expected to have a basic understanding of the Contractor Operating Instructions and individual Work Instructions for CRH.
Configures all FTU syllabi in the GTIMS database to include all Lessons, Objectives, Maneuver Items, Course Training Standards, Model Events, Perquisites, Grade Systems, Mass System, and Training Calendars.
Maintains and updates all syllabi in GTIMS database as changes and/or modifications to the syllabi occur.
Fully tests all syllabi after data has been entered to include the Personnel Management module, Scheduling module and Gradebook/Training Jackets.
Publishes all syllabi to the live database after data entry and testing are final.
Communicates/works with the Local GTIMS Helpdesk representative to solve database issues and enter database improvement requests.
Writes, maintains, and updates the Work Instruction for GTIMS database syllabus development.
Attend Weekly GTIMS Working Group meeting
Basic Qualifications:
Five years experience in database management
Understand, speak, read, and write English
Obtain and maintain secret security clearance
Travel when required
