Description:Responsible for the application of Quality principles to software engineering activities as well as hardware engineering activities. Responsible for ensuring that product/process documentation and requirements are in compliance with contractual requirements and ensuring that corrective actions are implemented in accordance with process standards. The candidate will also be responsible for reviewing customer deliverables, participating in hardware/software development activities, peer reviews, supporting internal reviews, witnessing of tests activities, performing process/product evaluations and audits, facilitating Work Product Inspections. Performs or directs verification of software requirement allocations, traceability, and testability. Will help develop and implement program quality plans, programs and procedures using statistical quality control, lean concepts and six-sigma tools and root cause analyses. Candidate will ensure performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards. Interfaces with program management, engineering, customer and subcontractor representatives to ensure accomplishment of above.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with Agile software development implementation.
Ability to perform CDRL reviews.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Must be able to perform process audits, document inspections during all phases of the program life cycle.
Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
