We are seeking a Business Development Lead within our Space Mission Solutions team (MSOL). In this dynamic role you will:

• Develop an overall customer-focused strategic plan focused on both short & long-term growth opportunities.
• Maintain accountability to shape & win new business through a balanced focus on customer value, the competitive environment, & the corporation's best interests.
• Develop & maintain effective customer, teammate, & internal relationships.
• Identify & establish key industry partnerships to maximize new business growth within this key customer.
• Support development of a robust LRP with a balance of 'A' & 'B' orders.

Basic Qualifications:
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current CI poly is required prior to start.
• Significant experience with the Intelligence Community (IC) / Department of Defense (DoD).
• Understands Warfighter needs and how technology can be used to assist warfighter with particular emphasis on combatant operations.
• Demonstrated experience sustaining core business while developing and growing new business pipelines.
• Demonstrated communication acumen across the primary team and extending across successive and adjacent business units.
• Proven experience developing short- and long-term strategies.
• Demonstrated, excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Desired Skills:
• Twenty plus years of IC/DoD experience.
• Executive level (both corporate and customer) presentation skills.
• Experience with Contract Research and Development (CRAD) and Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA) arrangements.
• Ability to Collaborate with the Warfighter to understand their challenges and needs and knows how to leverage technology to assist in both day-to-day operations as well as how it will be used in austere and combat environments.
• Ability to successfully translate technical capability to Customer solutions
• Five or more years of experience leading programs or proposal teams in medium to large dollar ECP's/proposals
• Demonstrated success leading strategy development, customer solutioning, and supporting capture teams.
• Subject Matter Expertise (SME) outside of direct proposal management role, but relevant to LM programs (e.g., Project Management, Program Management, Strategic Planner experience).
• Understand and manage Request for Proposal (RFP) compliance.
• Microsoft suite including SharePoint.

Salary : $154,100 - $256,900
