Auto Locksmith / Car key programmer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Locksmith/Auto Locksmith to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and proficiency with hand tools. Experience in auto body repair, auto estimating, and working with GM vehicles is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Provide locksmith services for residential, commercial, and automotive clients
- Perform lock installations, repairs, and replacements
- Create new keys and duplicate existing keys
- Respond to emergency lockout situations promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of all services provided

Requirements:

- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics
- Mechanical knowledge for various lock systems
- Experience with auto body repair is advantageous
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
- Familiarity with auto estimating procedures
- Knowledge of maintaining locks in residential, commercial, and automotive settings
- Previous experience working with GM vehicles is a bonus
- Understanding of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is beneficial
