Position responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and support computer systems, wireless devices, peripherals, telecommunication systems and security systems
• Respond to incoming requests from associates for support and escalate and route tickets to appropriate Information Technology Associate when required
• Provide consulting and training on information technology systems and services
• Provide Audio/Video technical assistance to associates, clients and vendors for setup in conference rooms and video conferencing
• Work with other Lockton Information Technology staff to troubleshoot, configure, and deploy hardware and solutions
• Create and maintain user accounts and groups in Active Directory. Create Exchange mailboxes for users and maintain distribution groups
• Coordinate related facilities work to ensure equipment, furniture, building services are operating in a safe and secure manner.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities-related issues responding promptly to concerns and communicating relevant information to appropriate personnel
• Coordinate office-specific emergency procedures including evacuation, medical response and emergency preparedness.
• Protect the confidentiality of information learned while providing support and help protect confidential client information
• Comply with Lockton Procedures and policies
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned-SP1
Position qualifications
• Two to three years of professional IT support experience and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and/or networking required
• High Proficiency with Microsoft systems, including Windows and Office
• Experience with virtual desktop environments preferred
• Experience with SQL Server desired
• Experience with using or supporting Adobe Creative Cloud applications preferred
• Ability to lift and move equipment which may weigh up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work on equipment whether it is on the floor, on a desk, or in a computer rack
• Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workloads to meet time sensitive deadlines required. Must be results-oriented with the ability to change priorities as needed
• Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with associates at all levels of responsibility, along with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy
• Ability/willingness to interact with associates and vendors on a professional level to address issues that produce optimum results in a timely manner
• Ability to have prompt and reliable in-office attendance
• Legally able to work in the United States
