• 100% remote position
• Preference for working at least three, 12-hour shifts weekly
• Open to part-time with at least 7 shifts monthly
• Mix of stroke alerts, routine visits, and follow-up appointments
• Option for employed or independent contractor position
• All necessary equipment provided and potential for leadership duties
