Archer Hotel Napa, a wine-country-chic boutique hotel in downtown Napa, welcomes with 183 luxe guest rooms and balcony-clad suites, an expansive sixth-floor rooftop with Sky & Vine Rooftop Bar, Whiskey Bar, Water Deck, Rooftop Spa and Fitness Studio, the celebrated first-floor Charlie Palmer Steak and more than 17,000 sq.

ft. of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space.

The hotel is located in downtown Napa on First Street near Coombs Street with free garage parking nearby for employees.

Job overview

The Communication Host serves as the PBX Operator for Archer Hotel Napa, which includes answering all incoming phone calls and connecting to the appropriate departments, guests, or outlets.

It is imperative to conduct quality telephone answering and provide exceptional services to all guests and staff.

Your day-to-day

• Answer all phone calls in a professional manner
• Answer department calls within three rings, using Forbes standards for greetings and conversations
• Keep hotel knowledge of :
• All hotel facilities, hours, and services
• Maintain discretion of hotel guests and hotel information
• Accommodate all requests in a friendly manner. If there is no solution for requests, kindly offer guest alternatives.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns immediately, ensuring guest’s satisfaction. Communicate with appropriate management to ensure communication to all needed departments.
• Assist in front office operations as needed.
