What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Advisor position at Loewe?
Loewe is currently seeking Client Advisors to join its Sag Harbor summer store. In this role, you will be responsible for building the client relationship within the luxury market, while achieving goals through our company values.
Responsibilities:
- Meet individual and store sales targets and clientele sales goals;
- Exemplify the core values of the brand when assisting customers;
- Support sales staff when merchandise is needed that is in stock but not on the sales floor;
- Actively engaged at all times with a “team selling” mentality
- Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the goal of maximizing sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction;
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures;
- Facilitate and develop lasting relationships with clients to increase client retention;
- Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes;
- Develop and maintain a client book to better assist growing an engaged clientele;
- Consistently follow up with any shipping, alteration, or other issues related to clients;
- Assist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the selling space;
- Actively participate in visual merchandising including regular maintenance due to sell through;
- Support shipping and receiving and inventory control as requested;
- Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure and organized fashion;
- Partner with Management for replenishment on sold out styles, collection feedback, and product performance;
Profile:
- Retail, hospitality experience preferable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Commutable distance to Sag Harbor.
- Language skills a plus.
