What are the responsibilities and job description for the Make Ready Technician position at Lofton Staffing Services?
Hammond laborers! We are looking for an apartment make-ready worker for a local apartment complex. Will be preparing vacant apartment for new tenants. Duties are as follows:
Touch-up painting- General maintenance
- Change light bulbs
- General clean-up
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be willing to work in Hammond- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and a background check
- Must have reliable transportation
- This is a long term position with potential for hire-must be available for a long term role!
- Prior light maintenance experience preferred
